At RageEdge AI Private Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product and service we offer. Our tools and platforms (including those under osm5.com) are designed to deliver measurable value, transparency, and performance insights.

Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Subscription and Billing

Our products are billed on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly or annual), as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners such as LemonSqueezy, Paddle, Stripe or similar providers. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation section.

Free Trials and Evaluation

We may offer free trials or early-access periods for certain products to allow users to evaluate our platform before committing to a paid plan.
Once a paid subscription starts, usage begins immediately and refunds are not automatic.

14-Day Refund Window

All purchases processed via Paddle (or equivalent merchant-of-record) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction, provided one of the conditions in “Refund Eligibility” is met below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • You were billed by mistake due to a technical or processing error.

  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.

  • You experience a critical issue that prevents you from accessing or using our service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

In all other cases — including dissatisfaction after use, failure to cancel before renewal, or requests made after the 14-day window — refunds are generally not provided

Third-Party Payments

If you purchased through a third-party reseller or marketplace (e.g., LemonSqueezy, Paddle, etc.), refund requests must comply with their respective refund policies.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at:

Include the following in your request:

  • Your registered email address

  • Order ID or transaction reference

  • Description of the issue

Requests must be made within 14 days of the charge. We’ll review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Once canceled, your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.

Policy Changes

RageEdge AI Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
